What this site collects

When you visit this site, the following data may be collected automatically:

Why this data is collected

• Site security and admin access protection
• Basic website analytics to understand how the site is used
• Detecting and blocking abusive or automated requests
• Logging important contact interactions

Where logs are sent

Activity logs, including page visit events and admin access attempts, may be sent to private Discord channels via secure server-side webhooks. These webhooks are stored only in server environment variables and are never exposed to your browser. Passwords are never logged.

Cookies

This site uses a session cookie for admin authentication. If you log in to the admin area from a trusted device, a separate signed cookie (mw_admin_device) may be set to allow future access without re-entering credentials. This cookie is HTTP-only, secure, and expires after 30 days.

No third-party tracking cookies, analytics scripts, or advertising are used on this site.

Third-party services

This site is hosted on Render and uses PostgreSQL for data storage. These services have their own privacy policies. No personal data is sold or shared with advertisers.
